I had the misfortune to order from him. After many heated emails to and from, he only agreed to a refund minus postage and a 'restocking fee' meaning I would have been about ?30 out of pocket due to his lies and poor customer service.

He reiterated the refund via moneybookers which I declined and then got my credit card company involved.

As he had failed to honour his part of the contract I quoted the distance selling regulations which, by law stated he was entitled to give me a full refund which I received a few days later.

the bloke is a liar, and cannot be trusted.
