itgate 220 not finding channels

hi everyone, i just installed a sat tuner from the shop in spain, finds transponders ok but dont find any channels, looped it through on my tm6800 so i know that the sats are spot on.Also tried without the tm in the loop and still cant find any channels, signal strength and quality is in the 80s on 19e, 13e, 28e, for instance, any help lads?.

After tuner swap did you do a factory reset before scan ?

thanx for your reply, yes done a factory reset before scanning for channels, i am using ukur 7.9 image, sat tuner brand new from the spanish supplier, getting locked signals on all sats with my moteck but after running scans it doesnt find any services.

Hi mate,
Had this problem aswell, make sure the tuner is pushed right home in the slots.

I got mine from Spain and it is working fine and dandy, i thought there was an issue with it the other day, but in the end it was the Bouquets that i edited was the problem and thank F**k for that.

But all working fine and as bugsy say make sure it is seated tightly and why not try one of the pre bouquets from the download menu, ie Captains settings ?

thanx gents refitted the tuner, but cannot find the bouquet list mentioned by andiewill, also how do i apply the list?

can you tell me when when i scan for channels i get 80 % signal and strength should i have green ticks in the lock and sync squares? i get black crosses which i always had when scanning cable channels with the cable tuner.

This is running perfect on my boxes.

I have installed dcc v295, pc>itgate>router connects network ok, then i get the following message
telnet connected
ftp connected

bootmanager not found
telnet disconnected
telnet login incorrect,

i have edg nemesis 4.4 on my pc, so what do i do next?
i need to enter a name and password, read various help guides and it says to enter root for name, and dreambox for password but no joy. this is my first try at putting an image on a linux box, if after getting this done the tuner dont work its in the skip.

passwod = leave it blank or if that does not work press space bar to spell blank.

Also to download pre made bouquets press blue button twice on remote, go to dowload control panle and the bouquets are there, you can only download if you have internet connection to the box. (i will check to navigating route is correct when i get home ?)

I also see you are using DCC which i am not sure if that will work with the itgate, let us no if it does, but there is a software like that one to use with the itgate and quite similar as well.

just tried to download captains 90e-58w 19/02 from blue panel and i get the following

install failed.please check available space. any ideas?.
