Will updating the firmware allow a 7 day epg?

have only had my f3 for a few weeks but have found it ok.there is very limited for motorised dish as it has small memory capacity and only handles 3/4 satellites. I have found myself in the position of having t re flash due to bad flash from this forum. If you find yourself in this position i recomend you go to Download / Software / Skybox F3/M3_Shenzhen Yojia Technology Co., Ltd.
here you will find flash program and instructions on how to use it there is also a couple of new firmwares available. The only problem i now have is that the only satellites available to me from the reflash are asian sats from 60 degrees to 160. obviously i want good old sly but do not know how to change the available sats.
If anyone can help with this i would appreciate it, oh and i did save my previous settings ec but when i try to upload them from the usb stick it gives me the error "file mismatch" anyone got any ideas

hit menu, go to itools 8888 that has the chip id ,that number tells you if its a clone mate there is a list on here with the real chip numbers on.
