just put the new firmware on a usb stick and yes your channels will be lost.. make a backup first

then go to menu all the way to the bottom of your screen
ant go to upgrade firmware and follow what is asked on your screen.

me too, im looking for the latest fw for the openbox s11 please. i paid ?49 for my box (off ebay) not sure if it is genuine nor do i know whether that's the normal price for it.

That's a normal price.
Read a couple of pages earlier in this thread. It tells you how to identify cloned versions.

A little new to this but could someone tell me where i can download the firmware for the s10 openbox? I have the firmware for s9 but when i have tried using this file on the s10 box i get a file mismatch message
