Has anyone manages to resolve the mgcamd issue? Is there a step by step guide?

yep i sure will, give me 5 mins and i'll take it straight from the box for ya.
Saying that the f/w was off here and its 15/9/11
Before that i had f/w; off here again and that was 18/06/11
Had them up and running on both

edit added f/w and program list
