all my channels is scrambled and my ccam is offline what can i do to make it active

did you press select to place a tick at the side of the line, then reboot.
if you did make sure you have network settings and are set to dhcp
if above is done try contacting whoever you get your line off or try someone else

go to cccam and select manage config files - then cccam.cfg it select the cccam and it will place a tick at the end of it, then exit and reboot

if it is already connected, then the problem may not be at your end; so get a test of someone else

i tried that it didnt work does it matter if i set mgcamd or static ip
