I have just got my box and I was very exited. but right from the start there are few issues.
1- The box came with only 3 sat installed and I managed to add the sat of my choice but no transponders .. I cannot imagined adding 100s of transponder manually

2-The box keep rebooting when I try to set up the motor


Any help will be much appreciated.

Thanks I have downloaded the channel list every thing is fine.

I have updated the flash memory, I got better menu and signal quality but its the same with the motor setting. I'm on Astra 28 E and the receiver keeps rebooting whenever I try to move the dish

I'm using Triax TD 110 with 1.2 Motor, I have used it with Several receivers before , DM 500S , Technomate , Spiderbox
I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong

Forgot to say
In the Antenna setup page I have DiSEqC1.0 and 1.1 disable and 22K set as Auto
Motor type 1.2
LNB Freq Universal ( 9750-10600)

re boot

put in the box your co ordinates and use usals it should then work ok.

I tried that ..did not work .. the box keep rebooting

I managed to move the dish to Astra 19.2 , got all the channels , when try to move it back to Astra 28.2 , the box keep rebooting I had to disconnect the cable from the receiver and have it permanently on Astra 19.2
I tired different firmware still no luck any ideas?

Best idea send it back to where you bought it from save loads of hassle

Thanks I have done that and I will get the refund soon, but is this a general problem with open box ? I'm wondering if buy another box might be the same

Please advice
