i can find a channel list on this site. but what is the image file im looking for? also the sat5 cable. is that just the cable between box and router?. thanks. im a complete noob at this

ccline has been loaded green tick next to it rebooted, but it still says offline next to tick

thanks for the helpful suggestions but im truly lost and need help with my new OB S10! I am currently running a Strong box in Australia and its set up to receive Optus D2/ku.

now i have opened up my S10 and tried to set it up but cant find any Sats that are remotly in my range and wish to simply access those FTA channels which were already available to me through my Strong box.

i have read the set up guide and searched the internet for help but still have no option to scan nor find any thing to view!? i am new to clines and tried to put in the info which came to me in the box but that comes up as No active and im at a loss as to what to do...?

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated and forgive me for repeating my needs for help, if i had known the difficulty i would have purchased another box! surely it cant be hard to get FTA on the Optus D2 Sat???
