can anyone help me. I have tried to update my list and have followed step by step how to do it to the letter but everytime no matter whos list i use my box just ends up jumbled up nothing in the right place. in most cases it doesnt even put things under the right headings i.e sport under sport. Im new to this but come from a technical background so im picking things up quick its just this issue has me stumped. All i can think of is a firmware issue possibly? any advice appreciated i have an s9

007/Christmas etc. are just a short term rebranding of Sky Showcase, so what was Sky 007 is now Sky Christmas.

Finally got this working after sorting some issues with my box thanks to the wealth of info on the forum. All seems good and you have put some effort in sorting that lot out! The only problem I have is sky 1 doesn't seem to work for me. Everything else seems good sky +1 even works, I had it working pre update anyone else had this problem?

Exactly the same as me. I've rescanned the transponders but it doesn't help. Sky 1 SD works if i put that in the channel line up but Sky 1 HD hadn't worked on my box for months. Every other channel is fine
