how to get ABP news working

ABP NEWS is no more broadcasting in UK, Channel is finished, gone, dead...

If you just used the new Channel list then you have to reboot the box after loading the file.

I don't know why am not getting this channels, so far have ASTRA and HOTBIRD they are all working fine, but this channels they are in ASTRA 2A,2B,2D E 28.2 am not getting anything only keep saying "no signal" any help will appreciate.

Hi DJ,

Thanks for the updated channel list, I am using it on a Openbox x3.

Works fine, but you've got rid of the SD Star Plus channel and the Star Plus HD channel is not showing.

I've had to refer back to your previous channel list.

when i update this excellent channel list i only get 10 Favourites
1)HD 2)Entertainment 3)Kids 4) Movies 5) Sports 6) Asian 7) News 8) Music 9) Documentary 10) Shopping

How can i get all the favourites as per the list

Can i ask once i have done the update from the file you have made can i then do a full scan to full the best signal for the channels in my area? i mean if the scan finds a duplicate channel will it show up 2 times or will it pick the best signal

Hi mate,

Once you have updated the file, do a full scan and then reboot.
AJ's list will put the channels in the favourites's list as per category on the 1st page, and will remove any duplicates and SD channels were HD is available.
The channels list is nothing to do with 'signal' strength.

Hi mate,

Within the settings there is an option to delete all channels.
Choose this, and then install AJ's list file.
Once done, re-scan the satelitte, and reboot the box.
The channels will then appear as category on page one, but you will have to rename each list.

1st can this be put on to a sky f3 box if so. i have downloaded it to i just put it on to the SD card.
2nd will i have to clear all my channels and re scan.

When I click on Favorites on my skybox f5 it does not show the category, but instead shows favorite 1, favorite 2 etc...

Is this due to the firmware or should it show entertainment, lifestyle etc?

Hey AJ, Just a quick question

What is "?TV" it's channel #120 on your latest list.

It says Pop Girl on the channel ident logo, but Pop Girl already exists at #246.
