Hi, like aadi54 I am also having the same issues with the tabs not being under the correct headings. Sports are under Movies etc. Wondering if I have done something wrong. All the channels work perfectly fine and thank you AJ for the great list.

Favourite names are actually stored on skybox itself as part of firmware NOT with any channel list like AJ or anyone elses. So this is why if you had used someone else channel list prior to using AJs then it will be messed up as mentioned by Hadron.

Hey guys thanks for the help i have gone for another list mentioned by AJ which works great for me as its almost as same as SKY TV list. Although Favourites are still messed up but if i choose SATELLITE list it all sorted there.Shift+R improves the quality of this image. Shift+A improves the quality of all images on this page.

Hi all. I'm new here. I just updated the new Aj channel list on the openbox s11 and I'm getting audio commentary on channel 4. Any body any ideas??

I am wondering whether the channel favourites headings get confused when you update a different providers channel list?

Hi Hadron, Yes i have a different firmware as i have no idea how to update it. I bought this sky f3 box from a local guy with 12 months gift on it and every time the frequency changes he charges ?5 to update the channel list and sort out the fvts for me too. I thought i should do some research and try doing it myself as i have paid him twice now and he takes 5 mins max to update it.
Is there any guide to update the firmware and not loose the 12 months gift ?

The favourites are stored in the channel list in 2 different databases. Default Database which is used when you
reset the box and user database which is the regular one that is used normally. The problem is the user database is
temperamental and don't seem to update properly when upgrading the channel list for some reason.

The way to get The favourites under the correct headings is on the remote is to load the default Database:

On the remote select Menu > Factory Settings > Select Yes > Then Press Blue
The screen will flash black and you will be back at the menu
If you check your favourites now they should all be in the correct order

Dump it to a memory stick and copy/save it to your computer.

Press the Audio button on the remote and select the other audio option

I've tried that. It's on the right audio setting. Every other channel is ok. Just channel 4 has the commentary.

hi guys anyone else getting errors when trying to open up AJs latest update via winrar its not extracting for me even when i click to keep broken files?

Hi Guys, I've tried updating with the latest channel list. Is the file a dbs File once unzipped? I've deleted all my channels and when upgrading getting the message 'Upgrade None'. Would appreciate some help please :-(

should be a TG_PROG.dbs mate and did you reboot the box once update was completed?

Martyn just tried it myself and it does exactly the same for me can only think Ajs file is corrupted and we can only hope he looks at it himself and trys it.Very strange as i too have never had any update issues with AJs files in the past.
