I have just purchases a Skybox F5s box. I have uploaded AJ's excellent channel list. (Thank you). However I must have done something wrong. I have all the channels in groups; my problem is the group titles show as incorrect. ie: the Sports channels are titled Entertainment etc. Please could someone advise?

The easy way is to Factory Reset your box without selecting any of the options.

Save all your important bit first, just in case.

Yes

Do Not Tick Any of the Options

OK

Fav names should now be correct.

Check your DCHP and Local Time settings.

does this method then insert the correct groups naming . like sport, docu, news, kids etc ? . As I have been doing them manually and with 25 groups its been a pita

Yes it does.

Once you have reset it every time you update the list it should be correct. If the maker of the list changes the names or order of any bouquets you would have to reset again. SJ & Sat5 have maintained the same order for some time so perfect every time.

Just used the first one 23-11-13 and now the box is stuck on load

Unfortunately yes.

Can I ask you, have you scanned the box a few times?

The reason I ask is, if the box has been scanned a number of times you get a lot of duplicated channels and the channel memory soon fill up. I have had boxes stuck afer trying to upload files when they have had lots of channels in the list.

I would not trust myself to use paypal to pay someone who is so good with technology as these guys are haha
On a serious note though, if everyone who used his list donated even something as little as ?1/?2 would end up a decent sum for him...

Haha that would be nice.. but it's really not that complicated that it deserves donations. Besides, Sattv5 is the guy who does most of the work recently. I created a decent clear list that other people were then able to build on but it's mostly been other peoples effort since then.

Hi i have downloaded the channel list but when i update and click the info sections it says "file Mismatch" and nothing is updated what can i do or what am i doing wrong?
i have a openbox S11.

you need to move the top option to misc files not image file then go to choose files pick the top option tp-prog
