press the audio button and cycle through them as some of the MTV channels have Multiple audio tracks

USB Stick not recognised. Try removing and putting back in again. Make sure you push fully home.

Oh, do i need to insert the usb into box before i can select ..upgrade via USB... thankyiou ..

Anyone had trouble updating to a recent list on the Skybox F3?

I've done this plenty times but i've tried 2 of the latest lists and when complete and i press info i'm getting the message file not found? Strange?

Tried 2 different usb sticks etc..

Ok.. Sorted.

I had to rename .DBS to .dbs on the usb stick once copied over.. Strange. Not had this problem in the past...
