Stb memory error!

Stb memory error..all i ever get on skybox f3. Tried 2 null modem cables both same results using dedicated loader. Can hear a slight ticking noise on board when i turn switch on on the box..opened it all up and it looks fine,just cant get it to do anything.

Came home one night and box was off.

I would check the power supply. Check for correct voltages with meter.

Ive ordered a new psu at the moment but will take 3 weeks to arrive.

What voltages am i looking for?

don't have one but sometimes the voltages are silk screened on the board where the ps connector is.
Usually 5v,3.3v,12v,24v

Thanks for your reply...if it is the psu which i suspect it is, if i replace psu board with a new one,should this solve it.
