Ash, this is for area's without wifi, you can use the usb mobile dongle instead. Hope this helps

You'd be suprised how many household's do not have home broadband and some out of choice prefer to use their smartphones others simply can not afford them. I have a friend who is in the latter category and this F4 GPRS version was was a Godsend for them . They use a GiffGaff data sim for ?5 on payasyou go and its pretty stable, they aint complianing as i've been told

giffgaff settings work 100 percent also got it working on virgin mobile both unwatchable here?
glitches every couple of seconds
Where are people puttting their aerials?
Also couldnt get tmob to work

guys another option is ovivo, they offer free data per month so no running costs for gprs for these boxes.
i dont have a f4 but i do have a 3g router that cooectsx via ethernet and i use ovivo sim.
little freeze every 6 to 8 seconds, tried it all over thee house, tried a giffgaff sim and it was freeze free mostly.
u can also get ariel extensions for the skybox f4 so you can place the ariel higher to gain a beter signal.

just recived my GPRS DONGLE trying to get it and running all day need HELP please tried 2 sim cards network three and o2 but cant get it workin need init cmd i dont get no ip adress our nothing put the sim in and just recive at the bottom GPRS AT ERROR ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT thank you
