Hi guys my star plus hd has stopped working have rescanned and no luck has the frequency changed has anyone got the channel updated on there channel list thanks

2 days ago when I did the list it was fine, has it changed since.

Can you confirm and let me know as I dont really have an openbox so I can sort it.

The new frequency started a couple of weeks ago - 10935 V 23000 8/9, sharing a Transponder with a couple of ITV 1 HD's - basically it's where Alibi HD used to be.

yes the frequency has changed on my blade as well had to manually scan the channel

So the updated list from 2 days ago should be fine then as it was working when I dumped it.

If someone confirms in the stickie thread would be great.

hi guys will put the newest channel list from mast and see how i get on, also does anybody on here now when you scan an openbox how to scan for a specific channel if your missing it... thanks

Hi

Do a single transponder scan but input the new frequency and symbol rate save and then scan.

Any channels on that frequency will be added to your all sat list.

hi the current channel list from mast is working and star plus hd is fine, only channels which are down are:

NDTV 11488
mta-muslim tv
star news
rishtey

by the look of things the frequency has also changed for these channels

Will try and sort this tomorrow m8, although as I said in pm the frequencies match up with me dreambox.

Edit: Been told by another member that Star News has been replaced by Star Jalsa which is in the new list.

MTA MUSLIM TV & RISHTEY. also is it just me or is primetime just closed or not working?

I was having the same problem on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Yesterday and today the channel has worked perfectly on HD.
Try the new channel's list update on AJ's page by another member who has added the SD version of Star Plus. If that works fine, most likely it will be the c-line server.

I know my supplier was updating his end, hence the channel was glitching a lot. But past two days have been good, most likely the c-line.
