Your Lat; is 53.44 North - Your Log' is 2.67 West

(you should enter your Lognitude as 002.67W on your box, not 000.27, as that would be 0.27 east, you're 2.67 west ...)

East are positive Longitude, West are Negative Longitude

000.27 is what is is in my box, but then again i have the option to change from east to west and north and south..
when i put it in as 2.odd the dish ****ed off in wrong direction ..
Use usals and the dish will go where it's told to go by the box, if it is slightly off then swap to disq then you can stab it left or right a budgies pecker
If it isn't broke, don't try fixin it..!!!

OOO.27 what though? East or West? Openbox/Skybox receivers have the option for setting Noth/South, East or West too, theres no other way of inputting a - (negative) coordinate.. What is your locations real Longitude?

Surely that should be 002.243 west??

Your current setting puts you near Grimsby!

                  Ah yes, you're right.
Thought he'd just left a 2 out of the coordinate in my reply, but it's just a simple decimal-point shift.
Even that would have been closer (Bury!)

when i did it the other way dish went opposite way, when i entered it like this it works fine, and has done for last 2 years so i'll leave it be ,
Like i said in earlier post i didnt even enter lat and long in the openbox, just set my dish to 1w and let usals do the rest,
If it isn't broke, don't try fixin it..!!!

I came across a similar problem (with the dish moving in the opposite direction to what it should) on a Ross HD box.

It was a b**ls up in the software, and you had to enter your latitude as 'south', even though it should have been 'north'!.

So you've got your box and dish thinking you're at 0 degrees longitude when thats not actually where you are, it'll still work, but Im sure USALS will slightly be off with satellites across the arc, hence why you've had to, as you said, use diseqc to move it manually by a "budgies pecker"

But ah well, if its working for you how you have it then ok... But its only proper that we have informed the OP how to correctly input the settings.

got me baffled now, i followed a tutorial on here when i was setting dish up, i entered details as you and nibblitz say it should of been but got nowhere, entered it as i have it set now and it worked fine, picks up from 28.2e to 30w and only have the 80cm dish up now instead of the 1.1m..

i just left it as it was cause it was working fine, i'm gunna have a go again at it now, but will wait till the weather picks up, i'm to old to be playing about in rain now

cheers for pointing it out to me.

yeh he already as thor 1w set up on his co-ordinates thats why i suggested using usals for the rest.
I have no problem at all with usals but said if his was out then use disq and move it a tad
If it isn't broke, don't try fixin it..!!!
