your dads multi-room box will be connected to a phone line and if its misses its call back they will charge him full wack for 2 full subs so be carefull,regards mdt

yes you can, you need to pair the box with the card.. use scientific calculate or a box key generator (not an online one) enter the 15 or 17 digit number on the bottom of the box and change it to hex. you then end up with the 8 digit code you need to enter into your f3 under card set up. If there is only 7 digits once you have converted to hex then add a 0 to the front.
if they did they would contact him asking why it isnt plugged in to phone socket, just tell them no idea and will get son look at it later (just play dumb), gives you time to tek it back round and plug it in then phone them up. i know 2 people who have had multi room fitted in last 12 month and the fitter didnt even bother running a phone line upstairs..
