Skybox f3 no signal or box dead??

On your box you should enter like this

Latitude: 055.50N
Longitude: 002.23W

And ignore the silly fan boy style ranting, Openbox/Skybox receivers work perfectly fine with multiple satellites & motor driven dish setups, the dish configuration is just the same setup procedure no matter what make of receiver it is....

so how am going to use that latitude??I should start with 55.50N instead of 055.50N??

Make sure your Longitude is input as 002.23W and not 002.23E ...

Ok I have done now, I have change all my satellite to USALS because I have only two satellite which is AJ Channel and HOTBIRD then in the Installation Antenna changed to

Local Longitude 002.23W
Local Latitude 55.50N

then exit after that when I try to watch any AJ channel channel is saying no signal, but when I go to Antenna setup then change Motor type to Disq 1.2 I can get all my channel on AJ channel

or maybe after I have put that long and lat what next should I do??

have you tried rescanning for channels
i know when my f3 box said no signal i did a rescan for channels and it worked
ive also got a sat amp on my sat cable to (one of these - INLINE SATELLITE AMPLIFIER 20db SAT AMP SIGNAL BOOSTER + 2 FREE F CONNECTORS | eBay )

Sounds like your motor could have been setup with 28.2e as is its Zero reference point... (0 degrees) Did you put this dish up yourself? You might have to get up a ladder and press buttons on your motor to get its zero point correct, or swing the whole dish and motor around a bit (if you wanna use USALS)

Create a new satellite at 0 degrees, call it whatever (TEST or summat) then with usals drive to it... If you get sky then, well, I guess that tells us...

Alright, No I didn't put this dish, just someone came and put for me,also before I was using with maxx1000, I have tried to do as what you said but seems like its not working with USALS in AJ Channel list only with Disq 1.2, but when I set to USALS it say no signal, when I set back to Disq 1.2 worked fine, so what I have done is I have set AJ Channel to Disq 1.2 and HOTBIRD to USALS, and is worked fine but on HOTBIRD am getting only 273 channels , I don't have any of the sport channel like Al Jazeera Sport 1-10, Nova sports, Sky Calcio am not getting all of them I have tried to delete the satellite and add and rescan but still gives me the same result....Any idea why am getting 273 channel on hotbird??

I would say you need to confirm your dish & motor has been installed correctly...
