Skybox F5 - Adding Satellites Problem

Hi All
On my f5 most of the channels work except for, alot of discovery channels gold universal skyfy.
had the dish checked out and its fine all movies and sports work none of the hd sports work.
So is it just down to a problem with the box not been very good or something else.

i had same prob with my f5 hd channels was not working on all so changed my lnb and worked a treat
