Skybox F5 can't connect to internet

Hi Guys

I just bought F5 and loaded CCcam.cfg that worked fine. When i went to scrambled channles it says s"scrambled". Tried connecting to youtube, it doesn't play. Hence I thought could be problem with connecting to internet. Can somebody help me please. I tried ethernet as well as wifi dongle both doesn't work, Signal strength shows 98%, I have DHCP on. My router is Zyxel on talktalk provider. Previously I was having DM800hd and never had problem.
What could be the problem? box? I checked the box and found the firmaware is 19-1-2013(that would be latest I suppose).please help me

Goto the network setup ethernet click ok turn off DHCP and then Switch it back on come out of the menu and restart the box that should cure it.

youtube dont work on most f5 boxes but you~~~~ does work ok so try that to see if you have internet connection to the box if it plays the videos then the problems not internet connection.

Yeah I'm at work now. Will try this evening and let you guys know. I sent mail to my seller he says he tested it before despatch. This I bought of ebay uk.
I tried you~~~~ as well last night, but that was asking for a key/pasword, don't what is this , I just send email to my seller.

I was wondering if not wireless , Ethernet should work straight away isn't it? As my xbox, dreambox, laptop everything works on my router.

If the seller tried Ethernet on his then the bad thing about these Skyboxes is they remember the last IP address they where on and dont change until you reset them

nope nope nope you must be doing something . reflash your box to factory default settings and that will probably sort your problems out

Did you get the box & CCcam info from the same seller?

When you go to the "manage CCcam.cfg" page, does it show as "online"?

new skyboxes or newly flashed boxes are set to get internet connection by gprs by factory default. most cases you will have to activate ethernet port by menu>network local settings>network settings if ethernet is active it will have a green dot in ethernet tab also dhcp should be set to on this can be found in the ethernet tab settings. code for you~~~~ is 0000 on mine

No I have code from somebody else ,which i was using my dreambox before.
no i won't see online, it says login then offline, keep changing those status, but never got online status

sorry worked fine , was wrong, i meant that I could able to load CCcam.cfg sucessfully. I get free channels ok but not scrambled ones

sounds like its no good ran out/banned for using different ip address or wrong info as stated not allowed to discuss this subject on the forum

guys

I've checked you~~~~ it is working fine. but not youtube or scrambled ones
on my network settings i see like this
dhcp = on
ipaddress = 192.168.001.045

but when i try to connect to this ip from laptop I can't
in my manageccam.cfg page i see
N:server xxxxx xxxxx login/offline and green button
first xxxxx i smy pwd i suppose and next xxxx i port.
i see login/offline keep changing
what could be the problem? same cealine works on my DM without any problem
