    Guessing ip is ok.
Upload new bouquet and see if that sorts it.

Could be dish alignment as both the ITV and BBC channels are on 2F and 1N respectively both very powerful birds

when tried vu box on same line it works no problem in friends house, so I thought it could be his dish cables, might swapped to different port on lnb or could run another new wire from dish to box, as thinking the wire might of worn down on it too

probably trying to run more than 1 receiver on a quad lnb syndrome.
1 receiver at a time should work fine if the lnb and aiming are the same as yours.

I've 2 boxes running i wouldn't agree with the previous post.
Tuner could be another answer as im guessing your other box is a better spec.
Have you thought about trying to change the firmware for what its worth.

When you say that BBC & ITV work but nothing else, do you literally mean nothing else whatsoever?

I was wondering whether it may be due to the vertical transponder problem that some openbox/LNB combinations suffer from, but you should still get more than just BBC & ITV.

If it is an LNB problem then find out what make you have on your own dish and what is on your friends, Typically its the Zinwell branded ones that cause a problem with the Openbox although out of all the receivers i tested on that brand of LNB it is only the Openbox that suffers

So it's only a problem with $ channels.

That's odd. Thought it might be a network problem, but if it was, it would show "scrambled", not "no signal".
