Just updated with the latest list,and none of my bt sport hd channels are working.

What I have noticed is that they all are showing the same frequency 11597/23000/V

Does anyone have the channels working,if so,can you post the frequency for each please

frequency 11597/23000/V is ok m8 for bt sport and with the latest list

I was not getting anything on the bt sport hd channels though joe.

I have gone to installation - tp - and done scan and I now have them all in hd.

BT Sport HD is on 11973V 29500 your list is showing the old HD frequency that changed on 17th August 2015, I don't think you have the latest list loaded on your box, please tune to channel 1 (not 101) and post the number that appears in the channel name, this will enable me to establish if you have the latest channel list.

After doing this update,my bt sport channels were visible again in non-hd,so the latest update 2015 - 08 - 20 installed ok.

I have just done as you asked,and gone to channel 1 and the number that appers is 06082015

As I posted earlier,i have managed to get the bt sport hd channels now.

Do you know why my channels have updated with todays list but channel 1 is showing 06082015

If channel 1 is showing 06082015 you definitely don't have the latest list on the box its 2 weeks out of date, have you unzipped the file TP_Prog.dbs to your fat32 formatted USB drive? Before downloading the list to the box?

yes I unzipped the tp prog dbs to my formatted usb.

so the update must have worked.

The new channel list should overwrite the current one, but I always recommend deleting channels on the box before installing a new list. That way you know for certain that the new list has installed properly.

Also, when you put the new channel list on the USB stick, did you delete the previous TP_prog.dbs file first? If not, did you make sure that you selected the option for windows to replace the previous file & not keep it?

When you installed the latest list, did it show OK when you pressed the Info button?

I have not removed my usb from the box since I updated it,and as I said,before updating,i didn't have any bt sport channels.

After updating,i had the bt sport channels,so update must have worked,but number 1 was showing 06-08-2015.

Without removing the usb,I have just gone through the updating process again,and it now shows 20-08-2015

@cwaite updating to your latest bouquets and i have noticed the following Brit Asia (824) has sound but no picture and Rishtey (822) only a blank screen comes up. Do you get the same?

All the BT sports HD channel have moved to 11386 v 29500 hopefully cwaite will be along soon to update his list.

I am away at the moment but have managed to update the Adult version of the list to reflect the new BT sport HD changes, please see my website to download, I will upload to the forum when I get home.
