the lnb(s) and switches must be set up to match your setup.

readyrangers...if you haven't found a suitable firmware yet, I have just found my scribbled notes I made about a year ago when I was playing with different firmwares for my clone s10. From what I can make out the attached firmwares show 1 column channel lists.

The AnonymouSX firmware was hacked to make it clone-safe. The others are original. However, even though my box is a clone, I couldn't get it to brick, even after turning the box off & on 10 times using the attached firmwares.

Also, on the 3rd page of the link in Slugworth's post, I'm pretty sure that the Openbox_s9_EuropeVer firmware is 1 column.

          Never heard of that before.

I'll download that firmware & give it a try in the morning.

tiger e100 looked just like s9 firmware and petered out around september 2011 as far as updates I think.
I ran it on my s10 for a while.

Thank you very much for the time you have taken to help me, I got it back up and running last night. It seems it was network issues I was having, I am all up and running good. I am just going to put up with the three rows, I am scared I end up with it going off again. I will try one off the links you guys have kindly posted if I get problems again. Thank you.
