openbox s11 help

i have openbox s11 was working fine but now just says boot on the front screen can some one tell me what firmware i need and the upgrade tool required to bring box back to working

iv tried with thihs guide when using stb erom upgrade get message saying openbox initialize stb sdram is fail

please let me know if that right or wrong and if you know what i should use please tell me

yes tried both of them still saying same message

are you trying to upgrade by com or usb ???? also is it the correct cable

upgrade via com box wont turn on just says boot on the front so cant do it via usb the cable seems to be ok cause its saying synchronizing with stb ... done then on bottom says
initialized stb sdram is failed

im usin 9 pin female to female normal null cable for data transfer at least when bought it online it mention data transfer

Might be the wrong cable there are 2 kinds......

where about,s are you ......if in the UK what postcode i'm in the WA9 area i could sort it for you in 20 mins

Im in london TW area think i will go maplins later on and see if they have another 1 i can buy ...

By the way i also have usb to cable wire but dont no how to use it on windows 8.1 heard i need to get driver before it works

I always use an XP comp & never had a problem doing them

sorry mate your 400 mile away ...so no nipping round to fix it & have a beer .....

good luck...make sure you get the correct cable

the 2 links above are the correct cable....Maplins will charge you ?20 robbing B....... well you know what i mean

Lol yeah i no i checked prices and its expensive but dont think i can go few days without tv so might have 2 go maplins just to save me from Bordem with tv anyways thanks for help
