Edit:I just tested with my Iphone shared connection, and it works! I connect to the wifi Iphone and chains opens! why my router does not connect this?

First of all, forget about trying to use wifi. It will only introduce more variables to your problem.

When you connect by ethernet (network) cable, do you see the green light (& occasional orange light) on the ethernet port on the M3? Does your router show a green or orange light to show that it's connected to the box?

What router do you have?

Not sure if the M3 firmware is similar to F3, but when switching back to Ethernet (after using wifi) in the Network Settings menu, click on "Active" first.

Make sure in your M3 box you have DHCP enabled,otherwise it will not work, even though you have plugged in your Ethernet cable in back of box
