The box you have is a Linux E2 receiver and does not work the same way as other Openbox's.

You need to upload an E2 image via the usb.

No need to tell. I've had one and followed the instructions for the VU.

If your not au fait with Linux receivers you will need to do a bit of reading of the Stickies in the VU section.

Doing anything from these Openbox threads will cause damage to your box.

Just another bit of advice, if its not got a built in fan, look on ebay for a cheap usb fan to sit underneath it as they can get hot and this causes freezing.
