Is this on the HD box or through your PC card on the dish, you could always perform a manual update on the $ly HD receiver by unplugging then hold the backup button down on the top of the receiver, Keep hold and plug the power cord back in while still holding the button down wait for the 4 coloured lights to appear on the front display then you can let go. You should see a message stating the receiver is updating over the air and wait 10 mins

I use to Sub-Contract for them a very long time ago well it feels like it anyway LOL. All the information is freely available on Google if you just type in what you want most of it actually points you towards the Ex-Pats sites which are pretty well jam packed with good information.
The only Reason i asked about the TP is the Box needs a working TP to work, With the amount of changes recently with TP's being transferred onto 2E a lot of our European cousins are trying transponders that are still active on the Europe beam on Astra 2A

Sterling..... I hope that works for you.... BUT... as you have mentioned 19.2...
I have an F5s with an Octagon Flex Feed LNB (really 2 LNB with a slider mechanism) on 19.2 & 28 on an 80 cm dish ...main LNB on Port 1 aimed to 19.2 & 2nd LNB on Port 2 set at 9 degrees using the same skew as 19.2
My neighbour has the same on a 60 cm running on a Labgear Sat reciever... works fine for us and get 90/85% on HD channels on both birds and 90/76 on SD channels
We are West of Cambridge for geographical purposes... and I have 19.2 for Sports and News
As you are in Germany... there are plenty of Satellite dealers over there with good kitComment
