Sound cutting off even with powered HDD

    If anyone knew a remedy I would be hugely grateful, really want to use the timeshift features without sound cutting out; one of the main reasons I bought the box.

      Same for me mate but sadly there is no fix!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

        I've tried loads of different drives and usb sticks of various speeds over the last 12 months and have never got it to do timeshift without problems.

        So you are wasting your time. Just turn off timeshift as you wont ever get it to work correctly.
