Yes I've already seen his post and your reply to it. I've been doing the same as you and googling with no results.

The firmware posted by LeonRead has solved the EPG 1 hour problem!

Still 2 minutes fast & the freezing when scrolling through favorites is still there, but the main problem is solved.
