Boxnation HD

Does anyone know the correct frequency as i cant find on skybox and tried a few through here but not picking it up

Just in case you're unaware - Boxnation HD is only a " part -time " broadcasting channel i.e. it only broadcasts mainly live events at the weekends. Even with the correctly tuned frequency in the weekdays you will have an " invalid channel " or similar message appearing on screen.

I know that mate but i dont even have the channel in the first place thats what i want

ive tried a frequency to pick the channel up but its picking other random channels up

You wont pick it up in a scan until it broadcasts again. That will be early Sunday morning @ 12.45am until 7am.

I'm not at home at the moment so cannot give you the frequency, but I'm sure Boxnation HD is on AJ's list.

According to the LyngSat website it is on 12520 V SR 22000 FEC 5/6. Latest site update 10-09-14.

That's because it isn't there!

The transmissions are switched off completely until there's a live fight to show. So doing a scan at a time when it's not actually broadcasting won't pick it up.

If you scan between 1.45am and 7am on Sunday morning then it will pick it up.

You will still pick up other channels that broadcast on the same transponder though.

I remember having to put in a different channel number to get the re runs last time will this be possible as i understand BN HD run them most of the following day after the main event

Boxnation HD has now gone off air until next Saturday evening so you won't see any re-runs on that channel. The SD version can be found on the following frequency 12552 V and it looks as if it's showing a re-run at the current time of my post.

No probs. I actually watched it live on the HD channel and immediately after the programme finished a screen was displayed stating to switch to the SD channel for further programmes and that the HD channel would return next Saturday evening. You'd think that they would leave that message displaying continously but now I just get the " Invalid Search " message when I switch the HD channel on.
