my F3S box is hard wired to my router, at the box both yellow and green lights flash, at the router only the yellow light flashes, is that normal or signify a communication issue?

Sounds like your internet (router) isn't working properly. This would be the case if you had issues with your viewing certain channels. Generally I would reboot router and reboot box fingers crossed then everything is working normally after that. Sorry for the vague answer, maybe taking a photo of your router as it is just now with the lights etc may be easier to say if there is a problem as all routers are different. My previous routers would show numerous green flashing lights. I am currently with vermin so my lights are blue but more than one should be lit. Hope that makes sense?

Tried another box which worked fine so looks like it's the Ethernet socket is at fault. I'll bin it and get another
