Please help

I had an f5s worked great for a year then I got no signal on any channel,i brought a new 1 on fleabay and it worked for a month now it also says no signal on all channels,what could be causing this?i brought the no fix thing that didn't help please can some1 enlighten me.cheers

if your only using the box on one satellite
have you tried factory resetting the box then
set it up again and scan the satellite to see if that
clears the problem, then if it does move the channels in
your personnel order.

Sounds like your dish may have moved.
