ok Hadron i will give that a try ,will i not lose anything on the factory reset ?? do i need to back anything up ??

I have done it many times without problems, BUT make sure you have a copy of your "special" information backed up, if you don't already have it on your pc or memory stick.

It's a good idea to have this backed up anyway, as you never know when these boxes might pop their clogs.

Hi just done the factory reset as you suggested and i now have the correct list , many thanks
