Need help! Channels keep getting scrambled

    Hi All,

Long time lurker, but I need some help diagnosing an issue with my Skybox F5.
I am trying to watch a rugby game on Sky right now but the channel keeps freezing / showing 'Scrambled'
This issue is very intermittent. Most of time, we don't see this issue, but it is very bad today.
Am I right in saying that the only issues could be..

    1. My poor internet connection ( I'm paying for 24 MB DSL but this can fluctuate down to less than 1MB during busy periods)
    2. My Satellite dish (Not sure if it's setup correctly - I get 76 % SNR when watching Sky Sports 1 right now)
    3. My*****************. A friend of a friend set this up for me and I don't know how to check / test the connection.

If I could pinpoint where my problem is, I could work on improving that.

    Any input would be appreciated.

So do I just add that to my TP list and that's it??
Do I need to re-search /re-scan the channels?

          Cool. I'll try that.
I just noticed that I had 4 devices connected to my WiFi.
I turned off all of those devices and it has improved my situation big time.

SO, now I'm wondering is it my router or maybe still my ~~~~ty internet connection.

Also, I forgot to mention that I have had no HD channels since day 1.
I wonder is that normal? If I add the frquency mentioned above and re-scan, will I see HD channels working?
Only one way to find out I guess!!
