      Try the box on a fixed ip and change the DNS to googles. Preferred 008.008.008.008. Alternate 008.008.004.004

        ok guys ive tried all these suggestions and im still not working so I think its fair to say its scrap

            just to add. try manually adding the channels and they cant find them signal 45% and signal quality 10%

                This problem is most probably internet or the box or where you get your TV from........sounds like another one of many doors stop's.........

                Also regarding the ______________ you talk about is classed as C/S talk which is a No No on DK

                  ok guys ive had another play.... success....done a factory reset to get rid of channel list ,,installed latest firmware using rs232 cable..and the last bit im not allowed to talk about in the forum but its all good now..thanks you guys... also had to set dns as 008.008.008.008 alternative 008.008.004.004
