Choppy channels

I've just got one or two very choppy channels like kerrang single intensity is 90% and signal quality is 74% is there anything I can do to resolve this?
My box is a skybox f3s.

Press ok on the remote twice (check the bottom info bar)

sadly the signal is really bad keeps jumping from 10% to 70%
