format your USB stick using your remote control, then it will work..

I tried to format it but it has disk write protection apparently

hi m8,ok this is wot u need to do to format.
1 go into menu
2 scroll along until u see prv storage information
3 click on that, there u will see your volume info
4 you will see 2 square symble's one blue and one yellow click on the yellow one on your remote and it will then say disc mode fat, scroll down to the ok button and press ok, that will re, format your usb.
ps: make sure it says fat/fat32 before u format.
