Please help, after few restars its say: "This box is clone version!!!!!
After I repairing with dump file its working fine, but its happen again when I restart the box.
Please which firmwire, or DUMP file to use.

some dumps can brick you box!

May be the same as you anyway. As mentioned before, have you performed a factory reset before applying any updates?

i just unpacked my S9 and replaced my DM500s with it, but there is no signal on the S9. I was using it to watch hotbird. No matter what i try theres still no signal. Can someone help me?

Im installed this latest firmare and after reboot it say: "THIS IS CLONE".... Im trying flash it with oldest firwmare but unsuccessful. Still after reboot its say "CLONE"
Please, how to kill this new firmware...

The SAME thing is happening to me, i received it 2 days ago with the 2010.10 firmware and the first thing i did was to put the 2011.03, after a few hours of use and customization i got this clone message after a restart.

I cannot downgrade for ANY verstion that is different from 2011 versions. If could downgrade i'd get rid this f.. "clone version" bootloader, but the box wont accept, wont boot.

I'm pretty sure they are doing it on pourpouse, but why??

I compared the PCB board from my openbox and it's iqual to others openbox, also i got a pic of a clone, and i can asure mine is original.

The only way i can keep the box running is not to turne off it several times or it will brick as yours.

Why is it really happening? It's not a bad firmware install as said LAURALS. It's a bomb to kill just clones that is not working well.

i saw many members say firmware not support or reboot...etc...etc....

dream box make Germany, then fake box came from china. its true ,but open box make and distribute from china

Did the added danish language include the danish charset ? I have downloaded a version with danish subtitles and there is strange signs when ? ? ? is showing. Also you cannot lock the language to danish. It turns back to english as first language when exit menu.
Just before downloading and erasing flash i wanted to know for sure ?

Im many times repaired the box, but after few restarts, its came again the message: "This box is CLONE version!!!. maybe I have bad serial cable. When I done test with "loopback" tester its say "FAIL"
Another option: Im contacted the factory where I bought the Openbox... they sent me pictures which connectors I have to check and repair.
