Dreambox Keys Updater V4

Hi,

I've download the files, FTP'd them to my DM500S, Gemini 4.6, CCcamd 2.10.

The plug-in seems to run fine, it says it has downloaded keys.

WHERE can I see these keys now they are supposedly downloaded?

unzip the file ftp the MD-Key-Updater .so and the MD-Key-Updater .cfg to /var/tuxbox/plugins
then
chmod the files to 755

right click on each file to chmod to 755

Hi thank you for the help but still no luck yet. Ok did exactly as you told me and all seems fine BUT can't see the plugin anywhere? can you please tell me what will the next step be? I am using Ccam 2.0.4 any ideas please. Just to be sure, in the Zip File there was only one file and I renamed that file to .so and .cfg ok.

there should be 2 files in there and a little text how to install

Sorry but I could only see 1 file I am using Vista on my PC any ideas. Sorry about this is my computer going crazy!!!!!!!!

what unzip programe is it...?
most software you can right click on the file and extract it

I use Winrar and I run Avast as AV but when downloaded didn't get and warnings so no files where deleted by the AV I have on my computer. I just installed winzip and the zip file wont open with winzip???? so it isnt a winzip file cause it is not recpgnised by winzip!!!!

Ok I manged to download from another place and all seems working fine now. What I need to know now is this please, does this program download the keys itself or I have to get the latest keys? if so where do I get them and where do I install them? I thank you but believe me I had this dreambox for over 2 weeks now and I was sooo lost but now getting the hang of it with the help you guys are giving me.

ftp to the /var folder and see if theres a key file and a scce file there
never used it my self

or if you had the nabilosat image and your box is connected to a router you can download the latest keys via the addon manager
if you do make sure you back up your settings..

Thanks for helping out, you know when you are new to many thing to learn in a short time Ok I can see the keys: SoftCam Keys, Seca2, Nagra and so on. So the prog downloads the keys itself everytime you start it from Plugins. What is wrong I guess is that NO Channels are opening even with the KEYS any idea what channels are opend at the moment? Tried many well known channels but all locked up to now.

have a look on thor 1.0w or 0.8w they are both the same but some images read it that way
