New to Satellite and Dreambox

I see yea, so that's connected up to 8 sats, all with the no need for motor
I really thought it had to move a good bit, just cnt get me head around it, wots the point in the motor if this is possible, I seen on eBay triax setup with 4 lnb around ?145 includes the lot 4 lnb junction box.
If I thought i could bang it up and pick up 3 other sats & recieve extra channels id give it a go, defo if I could get extra footy, but I just no I'd be up there swinging it about untill the cows come home, but that looks a great set up, so there's 8 diffrent signals gettin picked upfrom this 1?

You can get a fully motorised 1 metre set up for 170 quid all in fitted.
Or buy one yourself and have a bash for just over 100 quid but i paid a fitter and he supplied and fitted for 170 quid.

all depends on the size of your satellite and the quality of the equipment that ya buy

as for your sub all depends who its from and how many cards etc is on it some people are gangsters so be careful

the difference between the motor and the lnbs is its quicker to select between the channels with the lnbs
whereas the motor takes time to move from sat to sat
the lnbs are instant switching
but with the motor you can pick up a lot more sats

How many sats do you recieve without motor just with lnb ? And how many with a motor ?
It's just the footy I'm after like the Qpr v Liverpool game how could of I watched tha, is a motor needed ?
Also my server as now lost setanta Ireland, I did have it, but it's now gone, can I add just setanta onto the sub I have allready have or is it only 1 sub at a time.

The sats u pick up with just lnb & not the motor, do you get much out of the stationary lnbs. like footy 3 pm Saturday games ? Or do I need motor for this

The diffrence is a few things really, only thing in common is they run via Internet, starview you have to pay a sub now ?25 6 months ?45 12 mths just like sky you have to pay a sub
"subscription" also depends who ur subs with depends on prices, I paid a ?100 for the year but I now no u can get for ?60, learning by mistakes.
But sat u can get in HD
