Wonder if anyone can help? Last week due to the bad weather in the uk i switched my dm 500hd on and found I`d lost my signal.I have a 1m dish with a motor set on 28.2e 23e 19.2e 13e and 42e with twin lnb controlled by openbox s9 in livingroom and dm500hd in bedroom openbox moves the dish. Got an installer to install it and all was going well even in bad weather but last week there was gale force winds so expected it to lose signal. I switched the openbox on and moved dish west to get 28.2e signal back problem is I cant get any other sats that are saved back and tryed searching with out anyjoy.Even switching sats and trying to move little east and west still cant get anything.ive tryed the dm500hd and can get 28.2e on it and moves dish no problem but wont lock on any other sats think ive had 23e locked once but lucky if it gets 50 channels and it shows up as 13e or 19.2 when i know its not the correct sat its locked on.My dish was set up on diseqc 1.2 on open box.I have tryed setting usuals but still nothing and cant even get 28.2 when i set lat and long then go to usuals? when the quy set the sats up he had to use his meter box to move the dish and then save postions on the open box wanted him to set the dm500hd up instead but he didnt have a clue how to do it so he used the open box witch worked fine up to now.if anyone can help and knows where im going wrong cause im pulling my hair out at the moment
