Problems with JSC sports on 13.0E

Im getting JSC sports 2 ok. But im getting a blank screen for all other JSC sports channels. Tried to delete the channels and re-scan but still no picture. im subscribed to all of them so i should be getting them. signal quality is 95% all the time.

Any ideas good people?

Tvadict, do you have a official subscription? Or are you using cs?
If its the official sub is it a viaccess card?

im on CS. My friend with the official card cant view the channels as well

I have a viaccess JSC card. Channels 1-4 open, channels 5-8 don't. I can open channels 5-8 if I use another method but not with my card and not with viaccess.

All channels 5-8 show is the Al Jazeera logo with the channel number anyway so you I'm not missing much at the moment.

Channels 5-8 are supposed to be for champions league so hopefully will open with my card when the time is right.

channels 5-8 are FTA at the moment, you dont even need a card to view the JSC and Champions League logos..

i open 1-4 without a card

Have you looked in the last week? 5-8 have been encrypted for about a week, no one with a viaccess card has had them open, it will always default to a iredeto.

Btw they haven't shown the champions league logos since they went encrypted, they just show the Al Jazeera logo and channel number.

JCS have changed the frequency of there sports channels on Badr-4/6 @ 26? East in the past few days which might have had a knock on effect on 13e as this is the source for Hotbird the new frequency is 12341 H 27500 on Badr-4/6 @ 26? East, This in my opinion is whats the problem !

Hotbird rebroadcasters needs to update the frequency once finilised... the new frequencys were released yesterday....for all 8 Sports channels

so how do we get the new transponders? Almost every one i know lost JSC 1, 3, 4.

They need to act fast because they will lose customers who use 13e

jsc 1-4 are opening fine for me on 13e just a black screen on 5-8 though and they do not show FTA

I'm still able to view 1-4 (5-8 using other methods) on 11296H 27500. The transponders seem fine to me, just can't clear 5-8 with my card.
