voiceover on certain channels

why do i get this on certain hd channels,a voiceover telling ye whats happening,is it in subtitles and how do ye turn it off ,thanks

when you press audio should be 2 options something like mpeg english or mpeg nar
or
maybe you have a duplicate channel without it in your services or all services without it
