This guy must think people are idiots to keep doing this, one of those things I guess. I would advise people not to buy from this guy, if you don't mind waiting buy from China yourself personally I had no problems with DVBseller. At least the Chinese don't blatantly lie to you. I would have gone directly to China myself this time but I wanted the box in a hurry so I thought I would buy in the UK and pay a bit more what a fu****g joke. No way I will buy in the UK again I would rather wait a bit longer. drea**oxsales.co.uk = a load of B****cks avoid like the plague!!!!!

I sent him an email this morning saying that I wanted a tracking number for the parcel he told me he posted and his reply was you should have it by tomorrow or at the very latest Thursday and if I dont get it by then he will post me a new one, now that does not sound proper to me if he has already posted one.

That sounds very familiar mate, he originally said he posted one by Royal mail and the reason this second one is coming from China is that the fist one was lost in the post. Seems like he is feeding you the same bulls**t. I emailed him this morning and he has agreed to pay any duty. We will wait and see.

Can you then not 'refuse the parcel' and enter a claim with PAYPAL for the amount paid.

Are you expected to pay the duty on top of what you have already paid him ??

No he has said he will pay any duty but that remains to be seen, I will not accept the box until the duty has been paid. I already have a dispute opened with paypal. and a transaction query with my CC company I will then decide wether to proceed with these.

So now the box will most likely be 'held by customs' causing further delay and more delay until he pays the duty for you (if he does!).

So much for what he says on his website:
All our goods are shipped from UK, unlike other companies out there who ship from China then you have to pay duty.

Certainly seems to be one to avoid!!

If i were you i'd pay the customs mate and be done with it at least you will have your goods and put an end to the mess, only cost you a fiver or so, then you can get down to enjoying it, good luck

ya bet me to it stig
when i got my box from china it cost 55 euro
with cuctoms charges of 12 euro and 6 euro an post handling fee
it cost me a furter 18 euro
so the box cost me altogether 73 euro

now hes charging a lot more that 55 euro for the box so get 21% of the value of the box he charging
and thats the customs charge you will be asked to pay
plus the 6 euro an post handling fee to

We posted at the same time!!

Ouch!, I still think I would be inclined to refuse and chase a refund, and buy elsewhere in the meantime.

tell him you want the differance refunded , ie , box in china costs ?130 , if you paid him ?180 , you want the ?50 refunded , threaten to report him to trading standards for blatently lying , if he doesnt refund , report him to trading standards !
