You can generate your own xml file from http://satellites-xml.eu then ftp it over to your satellite box.

no your not understanding me , some of the channels (hd channels ) wont open even after you update the satellite.xml file . they will be there on your epg but they wont open , that's not because of a frequency change but due to changes that sky have implemented , theres nothing atleast right now that will fix those specific channels . but an updated satellite.xml file will ensure that you will be able to receive all other channels that currently still open . you can download an up todate satellite.xml file from the following link .

if your current satellite.xml file is reasonably up to date a scan will usually suffice to bring back channels that have changed frequency etc , but as I say a scan wont make those specific channels open .

Where do I get an updated satellite.xml file from if there isn't a new one for this set of channels, please?

And for rescanning, does that sometimes work without having made any other changes?

I've still got 5USA, but recently a number of channels no longer work, such as Sky Living (SD), Sky 1 HD, Sky Living HD, Sky Atlantic HD, and some of the HD movies inc. Premiere, Disney, SciFi/Horror

Is there a new list due which will fix this, please?

5 usa hasn't changed frequency , I mean its atleast working on my box . but I add an up to date satellite.xml file every so often , my last up date was a few months back and nothing has changed for 5 usa so I can only think you .xm file is badly out of date . add n up to date satellite .xml file to your e1 or e2 box , if you don't know how just say and ill help you , then do a reboot and a scan for channels . of course if your missing certain hd channels from sky this wont fix that problem .

Hope I've not missed something simple, but I have the 11/12/13 Sgt Flipflop bouquets and while it's in var/etc/enigma about radio bouqets, I'm not getting anything showing up on my DM 800 HD SE. I'm using OpenPLi 4.0 with SIM2 SSL84d firmware if that helps. Thanks.

This thread is for the Sarge's UK bouquet channel ;ist what you require is a Multi satellite list so you have a choice you can either install Catseye list from here: http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...ml#post2284494

Or you could use the Vhannibal Autobouquet maker from here: http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...plugin-413614/ this will update your Multi sat list direct from the Plugin menu
