hi, im not moaning or anything so don't all shout at me etc. etc.. But does anyone know if flip still updating these lists, not been an update for a while?, maybe just on holiday or something.

Have been doing the updates myself for last couple of weeks, so no how time consuming it is, so I don't blame him at all if he has given it up, but really hope he hasn't

my dreambox 500s stopped working yesterday, i am only getting the 'free' channels now like bbc etc. does anyone have any tips of what i need to do. should i update the user bouqets, or ccam? i am not sure. it was working fine before i was using the sgtflipflop may update. i thought maybe something wrong with internet but that is fine. any tips? thanks.

Some ITV HD regions changed frequencies you need to rescan to them back or wait for an update to be posted.

Bio HD has closed down today and it has been replaced by Alibi HD instead.

Picons display problem

Wonder can anyone help me with a Picon OLED display problem.

Had to reflash my Dreambox 800se due to me tinkering and it failing to reboot! So I used same image etc I had beforehand (Open Pli).

Copied across the skin_display.xml file and rebooted to get the Picons displaying on the front panel. They do display ok however over the top of them at the top right corner and bottom is the info about how long prog been running (eg +13) and the channel name.

this never happened previous flash and skin_display file update. Can someone inform me how to get the text that's displaying over the top of the PICON removed? Im sure its quite easy but im a bit of a beginner so...am a bit stuck.

@ coolcuts - thanks for the link, but i still can't find the frequency details for National Geographic +1 channel...anyone know?

i did a manual scan on my dm800 mate also you could get it from catseye settings if you dunno how to scan on your box.
