To fix this you need to change the 'Type' from 'Data' to 'TV' but before you do this delete them from the bouquet. After changing to 'TV' add back to bouquet.

Let me be more specific......

I used the enigma1 bouquets (DM500 - PLI image)
The latest Dreamset program does not recognise the Sky interactive channels and when I used Dreamboxedit then I am unable to goto any interactive channel.
They are clearly there but if I'm watching say BBC1 and select any interactive channel then I simply remain on BBC1. No attempt is made to switch to any of the interactive channels.

cant get at the races either uk or irish version on dm500s?

for a free service that a guy does off his own back there aren't half some complaints ... either learn to search for channels yourself and edit them to your own specs there is enough info on how to do this on site , or have patience to wait for the next update from sgtflipflop...

for a free service that a guy does off his own back there aren't half some complaints ... either learn to search for channels yourself and edit them to your own specs there is enough info on how to do this on site , or have patience to wait for the next update from sgtflipflop...

for your information mate i have tried both irish and uk frequency's! and i didnt see me complaining there either just a post as other people have had same problem, i understand that its a free service and im appreciative of it but if your just gonna post to have a go dont bother posting at all!!

wind your neck in for starters . it was meant as a general post to all saying '' i cant get this '' or ''i cant get that'' not as a personal dig at anyone, its a wake up call to say either learn how to do it yourself or be patient and wait for the next update from a guy who does this as a kind gesture. and probably does not want to see loads of posts stating the obvious that frequencies have changed .

i know how to update the bouquet with new frequency's and they wernt working like a few other people, and i see someone has already posted a proper answer!

Switched to DVB-S2 and labelled as 3855 - 10936 V dvb-s2 qpsk 23000 8/9
