Thanks for the latest bouquet but I have a couple of problems.

I've just gone through the procedure with this and DBE to put the files on my Dreambox (800HDSE) but while the log tells me it has transferred the files across, none of the userbouquet.dbe**.tv files are showing in my /etc/enigma2 folder on the Dreambox.

Also, while I rescanned for channels and found them all, including the renamed ones (eg. MTV Xmas), none of the scrambled channels will appear onscreen. I've tried restarting my CCcam 2.3.0 but to no avail. They were working before I started this procedure.

Hence, I'm not sure if everything has transferred across like it should since the files appear to be missing yet the Dreambox knows what the new ones are called. I've only had the Dreambox a few months and I don't tinker with it much so I still consider myself a newbie with this sort of thing.

Also, and it's a minor point but it was there in the last bouquet I used (the Dec 2012 batch), all the channel names also had the Sky channel number at the start. I've added some manually, but can this be considered again in future, please? It just makes it easier when setting up programmes.

I can see for some it might look a bit odd when, for example, it says "645 101 BBC1 N West", however, I wish it didn't have '645' at the start and I could select the channel with 101, but I'm not sure if I can do anything about that.

have a look in var/etc/cccam.cfg see if the magic is there ...i've never seen adding a channel list remove the magic before and i'm an old dog

Try another set even if they are old ones. Most channels should work.

Thanks for the replies. Scrambled channels have returned so that's good. I thought I'd bungled something in this process.

I'm just not sure why DBE claims it's ftp'd all the files into the /etc/enigma2 folder when it hasn't made a difference? I guess if the channels are all there as they should be then I shouldn't fix what isn't broken?

When you send over a new bouquet it will normally overwrites the old ones. It wont make that much difference only recently moved channels.
Worth doing a manual scan an adding and deleting via remote control.

It's just that the format for all my old files are userbouquet.ukcvs**0.tv

There's one in there with dbe instead of ukcvs but the ftp program's 'modified' column shows it hasn't changed date.

Perhaps I should've used that instead of DBE?

howcome im not getting star plus even though sgtflipflop said it should be receivable even without 8psk?
