i liked the newnigma...its just later on after flashing shitloads of images...i had issues with the epg....other than that i like the image.

also this vix image has this thing like 4reactx in you can see what channels are being viewd by client on cs studio - it names it instead of the caid only as most other images do.

Can't seem to find osd settings anywhere :/, i think ive played too much with images today

btw back to the vix image buddy by mistake , i just had smtng funny happen.

Deleted the picons folder , opened the vix image, and in the oled i get the "vix" logo that you get on the skin,,, when picons are loaded in they appear on the skin but not in the oled, that just shows blank.... So im thinking of trying different picons maybe...

Think to conclude: I am back to the 4ReacktX image until the vix image can be flashed directly and newcs starts working on it. Great image for anyone not requiring newcs tho!

i'm stopping too. i got 2 images i know i like so am happy. one that i very stable as well.

@styla - vu+ images don't run newcamd as they dont read the cards for some reason

Thanks mate, yeah same with 4reackt image good bit of memory left but want to try out the newenigma2 image as its probably the only one i have not tried and you seem to have the same opinion as me on some other images so its worth a try

Think it probably will be out for the 800 mate. check where you downloaded it from for the SE they should have a sim 2.01 section of images

just an update on the vix image. it decided to just freeze. i waited 30 secs and all was doing was the vix spinning top right hand corner and ~~~~~all else.

that is now condemned to the shite image bin.

back to my baby that is newnigma - found a newer version that seems more stable.

Are you talking about the newenigma2 v3.2.2 2011-07-07. If it is I got it on at minute and find it pretty good.

Been following this thread for a while and ended up trying the images you guys were talking about and ended up opting for the newenigma2 you had on as found that to be the best for me but just had to try this new one out.

It can be addictive trying different images out and as you and garry have said gonna take a break for a while, dont how long it will last though as soon as another new image is talked about will end up trying it.
